سياسة الخصوصية

This policy explains how PermitEye handles information, how long we keep it, and how you can contact us — as required for app store and platform compliance.

Last updated: June 2026

1. About PermitEye

PermitEye is a Human Resources platform for managing permissions, leave requests, approvals, attendance, payroll, payslips, notifications, and company settings. The application is provided to registered organizations and their authorized users.

2. Information processed

To operate the HR platform, PermitEye processes information submitted by your organization and its users, such as account details (name, email, role), HR requests, approvals, attendance and payroll records, company settings, and technical data needed for sign-in, notifications, and app performance. Your employer controls what is entered into the system.

3. How we use information

We use this information only to provide and improve PermitEye: authentication, request workflows, payroll features, notifications, security, and customer support. We do not sell personal information.

4. Data retention

Active accounts: We retain user and company data for as long as the organization keeps an active PermitEye account and the user remains authorized by their employer.

After deactivation: When a user is removed or a company account is closed, personal data is deleted from active production systems within 90 days, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or legitimately requested by the employer for payroll, tax, or HR compliance (which may be up to 7 years for financial and employment records, as determined by the employer).

Backups & logs: Encrypted backups and operational logs may be kept for up to 30 additional days before automatic deletion. Push notification tokens and temporary session data are removed when no longer needed.

5. Deletion requests

Employees should contact their company HR administrator to update or remove their account data. Organizations may contact PermitEye support to request deletion of a company account or platform-level assistance, subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Your organization’s role

Each company using PermitEye is responsible for its own HR policies, user access, and internal use of the platform. Questions about permissions, requests, or payroll should be directed to your employer or HR department first.

7. Platform security

We work to keep PermitEye secure through authenticated access, role-based permissions, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and cloud infrastructure provided by Google Firebase. Users should protect their login credentials and devices.

8. Service providers

PermitEye runs on trusted cloud services to deliver authentication, storage, notifications, and platform operations. We do not sell user information.

9. Updates to this policy

We may update this page when the product or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available here with an updated date shown above.
